By accessing or using Founding Product Engineer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security

Payments and Billing

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Founding Product Engineer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
